Conversion architecture
Configure meaningful events and clear business goals before scaling spend.
Connect advertising activity to qualified leads, CRM outcomes and sales signals so your budget decisions go beyond clicks and impressions.
Talk with our team ↗We help teams combine campaign data with the outcomes recorded in their lead and sales systems. Depending on the platforms and data available, that can include conversion APIs, offline conversion imports and streaming TV exposure analysis. Attribution informs optimization; it does not, by itself, prove incremental lift.

If every form fill counts as a conversion, an ad platform may learn to deliver more form fills rather than more customers. We work backward from the outcome a business values: a qualified inquiry, booked appointment, signed agreement, closed sale or another verifiable stage. Then we assess which of those signals can be measured responsibly.
We document the steps between first contact and revenue. That may include incoming calls, lead forms, estimates, CRM status changes and completed transactions, with consistent definitions across teams.
Tags, consent, first-party data handling, event naming, deduplication, click identifiers and CRM exports all affect quality. We identify missing events and misclassified conversions before interpreting platform dashboards.
Where approved, platform integrations may use appropriately collected conversion data to connect qualified leads or later sales stages to earlier campaigns. Coverage varies; not every contact can be matched and not every platform supports the same method.
An exposure match or attributed sale describes an observed relationship under a model. It does not alone establish that the ad created a sale that otherwise would not have happened. We explain these distinctions in reporting and recommend stronger tests where practical.
Every engagement starts with a conversation about the business problem, what data and assets are already available, and what would make the work worth doing.
CTV measurement may use permitted exposure and conversion data to identify matches under a provider methodology. Match coverage and identity quality vary, and an exposure match is not proof that advertising caused a purchase.
Sometimes. When identifiers, permissions, sales records and platform requirements line up, offline conversion feedback can help optimize toward more meaningful outcomes than an initial click.
No one system is universally required. We first review what your current CRM captures, how consistently your sales team updates records and what integrations are permitted.
